It will sound cliché, but I always wanted to help people. I didn’t know how to help people. I just knew I wanted to help. When I was 18 years old, I had to decide on a degree to study. I chose criminal justice because at the time I was interested in forensics, which combined medicine and law. Soon after I finished my Bachelors Degree, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in medicine.

I became an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), started my pre health prerequisites and volunteered at my local hospital. As I was volunteering in the oncology department, there was a code where I witnessed the different roles of nurses, doctors, and others, which gave me perspective on what I really wanted. Consequently, I enrolled myself at United States University where my nursing career began. I graduated with a BSN in 2012, my Masters Degree in Nursing Education in 2015 and a Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017. After working as a Family Nurse Practitioner in several departments, I wanted to learn about the aesthetics industry because I thought it was the perfect way to help people feel better and happier.

As I had my fourth boy, I developed a lot of sun spots (melasma) and hair loss, which was why I decided to go back to school and get my advanced injector certification, Kybella, PRP, PDO and Sclerotherapy certification. I felt that I needed a mommy tune up, but with my four kids and all my other responsibilities, going to a MedSpa was not only impossible because of time, but also because I wanted the natural look that was not offered near me.
After learning all of these techniques, I decided to give to others what I needed, a professional who could come to me, so I won’t have to leave my family and the comfort of my own home; which not only prevents infection but is more comfortable and private.

This was the birth of Beauty Kare NP Aesthetic Nursing Inc. To give everyone a skin to be proud of.
